Last Sunday morning our water line froze. This is not the first time this has happened, however this was the worst it has ever froze. It took Aaron and I all day Monday until 9 pm to repair it and Tuesday to complete the re-heat taping and insulating. Everyone was fantastic! Heather covered an afternoon shift Monday so we could do what we had to do. Jeanette brought in some extra fresh water. Everyone manually poured water into the toilet when they had to use it (with no complaints), they also boiled water if they needed hot water (with no complaints). It was very difficult for me too as I could only work for 2-3 hours and rest for the same while the heaters thawed the lines. I could not have done it without the CTN staff's support. We have some great people both here and in the office.
